Mawnan Allotments (development group) are a dedicated group of individuals who are facilitating the opportunity to develop an area for Parishioners to grow their own produce.
We have completed stage one which was to send a letter containing a minimum of six people requesting an allotment (there were many more than six)to the Parish Council who are then obliged to make their best endeavours to provide such an area.
Our Parish Council have stepped up to the task and are indeed working hard seeking land that can be used for this purpose.
Can you help? You may have a piece of land that is not bringing you a return? would you like to find out more...
Allotments arrangements come with transferable management structures that work in all communities regarding procedures, agreements, usage and so on. Comprehensively regulated and reassuringly straightforward to implement. Win win for all, security and reassurance for the landowner, security and reassurance for the plot holder.
Please contact us to find out more about the opportunities for revenue and how the management of such an association works and how your rights are protected. Then you will be in a better position to make an informed decision. We would really appreciate your call.
Potential Allotment Holders
If you are interested in maintaining and using an allotment, we are compiling a list that will be used on a first come basis, so please get in touch with us to confirm your application by writing to; Mawnan Allotments (DG) Plot Request and deliver it to Mawnan Parish Council Office, Goldmartin Square, Mawnan (located at Berry & Co Estate Agents)
